yes, there DC rated. how many batteries do you know of that hold AC power?

i use them often.

get the odd job replacing a broken anderson connector on a HGV / FLT etc. also use them in my van for jump leads/other high power stuff

EDIT: just looked at the datasheet. anderson connectors are rated to 600V AC & DC. still wouldnt want to put 3 phase though one though!

Im just getting confused with OP saying the FLTs are fed via 3ph ??????Im wondering if something is getting muddled somewhere here.......
i was questioning how they were connected....

pretty much every FLT ive dealt with have a charger seperate from FLT, with an anderson lead between the 2

When i go back down there i'll get some pics for you.

Will make things a bit clearer on how their charged .

clearly the charger is mounted on the flt and requires 3ph. however 3ph @ 63a is some considerable ummmphh and i cannot see any FLT needing such charging power unless this is a dock yard humungous flt that lifts containers and even then i'm sure that would be diesel.

i bet whats happened is someone has looked at the low voltage side some where and seen 63a and its then been wrongly quoted as the AC charger supply needs 63aGuinness
