Rechargeable batteries

Hi,

I'm looking to get some rechargeable batteries and charger for the kids nintendo ds etc as they're eating more batteries than my megger lol.

What's the best rechargeable batteries to go for ie highest ma/h

Any advice appreciated

M4tty - look at www7dayshop.co.uk - 2800 mAh NiMh AA cheap as chips - have 24 of them and have been using these for several years in cameras, flashguns and band equipment - they are superb quality. Get the 8 way charger with the discharge facility to go with them.

I charge 5-6 times then do a full discharge/charge cycle. A bit slow to charge but with good housekeeping easily maintainable

I buy mine from Maplin 2800mAh 1000 recharge spec. probably the same as the 7dayshop, however, I did buy the fast charger from 7dayshop. Well worth the money, before that we spent a fortune on batteries. I wish Nintendo would do like the PS3 and have rechargeable ones built in and charged from the USB Port!!
