I've been using a accountant for 3yrs who i've never met or had to post anything to!

as everything is all electronic nowadays i can send everything via email which suits for speed and cost.

been very very happy with his service as he deals with HMRC and Companies House obiligations and emails answered within hours.

So let me know if you'd like his contact details.

conflict of interest if 2 and 2 ever get put together

Mine is only registered up to 6 million turnover so I have tried to keep below this figure

Would never happen as the missus hold a senior position within a large company which isn't a practice. Just happens she is a qualified acct so nobody ever need know. As for conflict of interest, as long as I am being advised legally and appropriately and accurately then there is no conflict really.
