Hi, I'm new to this forum and just wanted a bit of advice on retractive switches. My customer (domestic) has lights on retractive switches. I can't get a manufacturer of the light fittings and I'm assuming the dimming modules are in the floor space. There's no access from above and removing the fittings would cause damage to the ceiling, which I'm trying to avoid. The problem is that after a power cut, when power is restored, all of the lights come on. Can anything be done at the switch to avoid this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
