risk and method statement assignment for college

Hi all,

just started back for some time away and need to do a risk assesment and method statement for the removal of a lamp post in a carpark in a superstore ive got a layout for the risk assesment and method its just what i have to put into it that im stuck on!!!!

would appreciate any help and pointers on the assignment!!!!

risk assesment - evaluate all the possible risks, fall area, incase the lamp-post falls over when moving, PPE, safe isolation, working from heights maybe, etc. Basically what risks are involved.

Method statement - how are you going to do the job, what are you going to do about the possible risks, ie. wearing hard hats, hi vis vests. cone off area. etc!
