Nothing to do with electricity at all. It is a russian folk song about a wounded soldier dying under a bush in a field [Usual cheery stuff!!]

Check out the performance though.. OMG... Some of the singers are judges of their version of that "voice" programme. Feel sorry for the contestants!!
