If you have a large ryefield board sealed by DNO, how the hell are you suppossed to know what is protecting the TPN board (landlord's supply for block of flats)????? Didn't fancy the seal fairy for this one :innocent .
Wasn't sure what earthing system was either - site does have it's own substation, and large bare-copper cable was following 3 phase armoured supply cable from meter position to ryefield board. I think it is probably TN-C-S this area which is mostly TT on the older properties, so would suspect update for this site as it's big enough to merit sub-station?
