Hi,

I'm starting to do a 1st fix in an extension which incorporates an en-suite..

Now as it's going to be a wet room and the fan will have to be located at low level in zone 2 I'm going to be putting a SELV fan in..

Now the client wants a low profile, quiet fan which is going to have a good extract rate.

Don't use manrose there selv ones don't work very well. What are xpelair and vent axia like for price. I think you have got to pay around

 
I've used the icon selv units (15 & 30) a couple of times with no problems.
