I've seen that before. The concensus was the picture has been photoshopped and they didn't really park there.

Ive seen a proper picture, yes, the pillar has been added after they moved the van,

it had been parked there all day, so someone has simply overlaid 2 pictures.

I do know of an actual job where a JCB was built inside a storeroom though,

Has anyone considered the obvious. These bollards have a lockable base and can be removed when not needed, as in most pedestrianised high streets.
