Shower with no RCD

Client wants to make it as safe as he can, he moved in about six months ago (Haven`t they all) and the shower cubical and shower was already there. I had a scout about whilst ther and believe the shower is fed from under the tiled floor up the tiled wall to shower. I would add an Isolation pull-cord if feed from above, but no such luck. I have explained the poor install, but he does not want to upset decor yet, just wants it safer then it is. Main and protective bonding is all fine. CU is a doepke with no RCD protection for anything. :|

depending on which wall the shower is on, You may be able to open it up and drill a hole through the back and put an isolator on the reverse wall using the existing cable (depends on slack). then a fresh peice back though to feed the shower. RCD shower enclosure by the CU, and jobs a good'n.
