Binky is proud to be one of the sponsors and send our best wishes to Dr Antony Jinman as he sets off tomorrow to ski solo and unaided on a 730 mile journey to the the geographical South Pole. During this journey schoolchildren will be experiencing a virtual tour through a web portal in real time. Dr Jinman will be using solar technology during his adventure and is carrying our logo on a flag to be planted at the South Pole. We want everyone to know, we are unable to find the staff to offer any install in this area! All the best Dr Jinman and good luck

No doubt climate change will be part of the research data being looked at, so this may also be a good chance for Apache to learn he is wrong

what sort of money are you offering?

I have crimps and can travel.  :)

seriously, if they deliver beer there, then, I will work there,,,,,,    :D

Look out for temperatures less than -90 deg Cel down there.

Heard it on the World Service this a.m.

Has anyone done research into the freezing point of alcohol

in beer?

place in underpants and jiggle about a bit :slap

in the meantime, get kids to have a look at website - might inspire them to get off x-box.

Scott came from Plymouth, his granddaughte lived just up the road from my school and donated some old stuff from the expedition. To cut a long story short, I have had a biscuit from that failed endeavour - think very thick rich tea fro those that remember those, or Army ration biscuits ( I am suspicious that my old geography teacher wasn't bullshitting)

well the daft ****** got there today. Congrats to Antony. Funny thing is some woman has just cylced to the pole on a bike made in Cornwall. Must be something in the air down here!
