Speaker Control Question

Hi guys,

I have a Teac 2 100w dual zone amplifier, From this i have run 4 speakers on one channel, 2 on the left and 2 on the right. I am planning on running another 4 speakers off the second channel but was wandering if there was any way 2 of those speakers could be controlled separately without buying extra kit? If extra kit is needed what would i need?

Have you taken up all the available

terminations on the back of the amp?

If there are still some left for the other

set, I take it that the same volume control

will control all speakers, is that right?

Separate control of speaker loads on the

output side of the amp is not straightforward.

Get it wrong and you could burn up the output

stage.
