Hi, recently moved into a property that has 2 storage heaters on an Economy 7 meter. They worked fine the first couple of days after moving in, but then simultaneously stopped working, around the same time I got set up with Eon Next as the supplier (coincidence maybe, I have been reassured by Eon I'm on the right tariff?). As both stopped simultaneously, I suspect it's a problem with the supply or should I get the heaters checked? Hot water tank works fine, but we've been using it on boost as the thermostat is faulty (whole other issue) and I haven't left it on overnight. The house had previously been supplied by Eon, however sat empty from July 2021- Feb 2022. I've tried flicking the fuses, left them on max boost, but every morning they're stone cold. Any ideas please? Very new to all this, I'm a 20-something first time buyer and a bit lost with it all! Thanks in advance!
