Switch Fuse Or Fuse Switch

Hi Guys, I tried posting this question in another forum but had no luck there, so will hopefully receive more help here.

Would anyone be able to tell me why you would choose on over the other. I understand that the Fuse Switch switching action physically moves the fuses and the Switch Fuse has them in series but wondered why one would be used rather than the other.

one is to break the current (switch fuse) and the other to offer protection fuse switch

Many thanks Matt. Do they not both offer protection if they both contain fuses?
