Okay I'm going to play devils advocate here.
the circuit is fed from a 6A type B MCB.
If feeds one light and one switch.
WHY the need for a fuse?
Probably because somebody has over zealously read the manufacturers instructions that says the fan must be fed from a 3A fuse.
But how many thousands of bathroom fans are running, without trouble, and without catching fire directly from a 6A MCB?
I would suggest a simple 2G switch would do, one for the fan, one for the light. but as it's different to what you have, get an electrician to fit it if you don't 100% understand the changes.
That way you should be able to find a 2G light switch to match all your others.
If you really feel your conscience will not allow you to remove the 3A fuse, then put the 3A fuse all on it's own in the loft out if sight, but still accessible.
Nobody has mentioned a fan isolator yet.
Since it does not appear to be a timer fan, why not use a double pole switched FCU with a 3A fuse fitted as your fan isolator, either in the ceiling or up in the loft. Fusing taken care of. Isolation taken care of, and only a normal 2G switch needed which will be easy to get to match all your other switches.
