They come here in their 90 ton 18 wheeler juggernaughts listening to Max Boyce CDs   and dreaming they can play rugby........  "Oh look you Bryn ,,theres Deke's van on that corner, look you ...is'nt it ...lets see if I can knock his back light out with the 16th wheel .........OOOh Yeah  took it rrrright out .............   that was tidy , Cariad "

Well in all fairness , couldn't have been hit by a nicer bloke ,  trying to turn an artic. in a narrow road ,  I settled for 40 squid rather than claiming ,  down the scrappy for a rear light unit  . Still it made the next job not worth the trip till tomorrow .

If you stick a second hand rear light from the scrappy....................

Wont that double the value of your Van???

:C

now,

back to the arguement,

was he really a scrappy?

did he need a scrap dealers licence if he was simply selling 2nd hand van parts?  :C
Well seeing as you ask...

Previously he would have had to have a licence under the Vehicles (Crime) Act 2001 and the Motor Salvage Operators Regulation 2002,

but he will now only need the new scrap dealer site licence.

Hope this helps

Well its where I take any cable ( not scrap of course ,,,,short pieces I no longer need)  They also scrap cars there and flog the good bits from the outlet attache.   Very big on headlights in there.
