Testing experience required

I am qualified electrician but have not worked in trade Monday to Friday since 1984. In 2009 i passed my 2391/10 qualification but i need experience testing is there anyone out there who can assist.

All the testing work asks for experience testers & agencies do not want to put my name foreward for the same reason.

Running out of ideas.

if he cant get anything a bit closer and he's still in dire need then I could probably try sort something out for an odd saturday or so.

its still a fair jaunt though,

Stockport area where I do most of my saturday testing.

i did my 2391 with steve he is an excellent sparky with loads of experience .

the biggest problem I have found with agency testers is .......

they send out fresh guys to do periodics,

perhaps they are the best testers in the world, but they have absolutely no idea either what to look for in a periodic or how to code it.

at least some people are trying to do it right,

BTW if you want to know some rubbish agencies that take on total noobs PM me and I'll tell you who they are.

either avoid like the plague, or register for work depending how you look at it.
