Why are there restrictions to the number of thanks to another forum member per day.

Hey if some brainbox can come up with a 'scoob meter' to go on our profile to tell us all how many scoobs/ de-scoobs we have left to give that would be handy. I keep forgetting when my 24 hour period started !.......

Obviously ! but I log on to this site several times a day so I cannot always remember what time the previous day I started scoobing !... 24 hours needs to pass from the time I started scoobing the day before before I will get my new allotment of scoobs ! Does that make sense ? ray
