Is this true? Are solar panels really becoming cheap?

hell of a lot cheaper than they were, down by around 60% and stabilising around that mark. Lots of panel dumping going on at the moment to clear stock which is making market a bit artificial. Lots of sislcone wafer manufacturers now assembling teir own panels and undercutting the panel builders they supply. When I started PV a typical 4kWp install was around
