Three more days left in school for my lot.

Whos got anything nice planned to do over the xmas holidays?

Just plenty of visiting and partying here :)

Nice to see the forum getting into the festive spirit :)

You get them both to visit you and throw a huge party :D
Only got a small cottage! :_|

2 hours for both sets (opposite directions) so arn't keen to go home after.

Have Christmas number 1 with my family this coming weekend then Christmas proper with the inlaws here

:(

bah humbug

My 3 are all very excited. The lad (6yrs old) has been getting up early every morning & putting the christmas songs cd on for the past 2 weeks now :x

The older I get the more I hate Christmas & its commerciality.

I think Christ should be put back into Christmas & it should only be celebrated by practising Christians, which I am not.

I would be quite happy to sit at home in my vest & Y-fronts on Christmas Day & eat beans on toast.

no no no, I'm not into the commercial side, but xmas is about being with all your family and friends. You make the effort to see each other. and then theres also the Guinness

I'm with Sellers... Family & friends time for me.

With a quiet moment to reflect on those boys & girls that can't be home with their families & to raise a glass to wish them luck.

The only thing I don't like about it is the fact shops get stuff in too early should be one week before christmas not 8 weeks.

We was driving home from school the other day listening to the cd of xmas songs and my 6yr old was singing 'santa claus is coming to town' out the window, 2 people looked at her in disgust!!! so i turned the volume right up on the cd player, smiled and drove off. :^O

Due to the inclement weather I am revising this to my thermal long johns & vest but i've had to promise to keep the fly & the crapflap buttoned up.
