Oh look and in that top 20 ..10 are Birmingham districts ..................Hmmmmmmmmmmm....I wonder why that is .......... lets see now.... Hmmm they're not middle class white areas .......erm ... they're not upper class areas...... they're not the leafy suburbs either ... oh I see .. where English is not your first language ...thats the problem ... they don't understand that you need to insure a vehicle ... perhaps Social Services will step in and pay it for them ......such a shame .

So if they injure a pedestrian and he will never work again .....who does he sue ????

pedestrians own fault for walking along the footpath, in the way of the car taking a shortcut (probably whilst drunk, evading police or both)?

people of that ilk cant insure the cars that they have just stolen. :C

when we emigrated to NZ we had to prove we could speak English - and we werent even going to England.....? :C

No offence but if people want to come here and be a part of British community - English Language should be a requirement. I feel sorry for schools that have to cater for 40 or 50 different languages - why should they? hospitals and community services have to pay 1000's of

Basicly if you dont want to live in this mongral nation that our goverment has made for us i am sure we could all sod off to another country and they would welcome us with open arms...!!!!!! (NOT)

Its frustrating at how easy it is for a sub-culture to form in an English town, when you move to a different country you are required to integrate into the culture already there. Yet over here we seem to allow hundreds of indivudal sub-cultures that act and live independtly from each other.

No wonder we have problems

Just saw this on facetube... its kinda relevant so I'll paste it anyway

The Urine test )This was written by an oil rig worker in the North Sea - What he says makes a lot of sense!) I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to earn that pay cheque, I work on a rigs and Dive vessels for a oil and gas company. I am required to pass a random urine test for drugs and alcohol, with which I have no problem. ... What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a benefits cheque because I have to pass one to EARN IT for them? Please understand that I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do on the other hand have a problem with helping someone sit on their arse drinking beer and smoking dope. Could you imagine how much money the government would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a benefit cheque? Please pass this along if you agree or simply delete it if you don't. Hope you will pass it along though, because something has to change in the UK , and soon
