Three Phase Motor Help

Hello Everyone

I need some help with a Three Phase Motor Please.

I have a motor to install a fan in a workshop, I expected the six points in the connection box, but this motor has an extra choc block with two small blue wires connected to it. ???

Please can those with more experience let me know what these wires are for. Thanks in advance.

Thermister is what I thought  , any info on the inside of the lid ?  

As far As I know its an option you can omit if you want , or wire it in .

I like learning too. How you tell the difference between a klixon and a PTC?? When you measure the resistance, what you looking for??

thermal cutout is just a switch. PTC variable resistance

Remember you can get NTC thermistors too.  ]

Picture on the inside of the lid, just shows Star & Delta wiring. no other info.
