Three phase socket wiring.

IMHO it would be good practice to have an isolator before every socket (or an switched interlinked socket), this would also make it easier to terminate your cables

you wouldnt like to see my unit then..... about 15 IP44 sockets, none with isolators

As Andy says the sockets will not be wired in that order they will be L1, L2, L3, N and earth will be in the centre. I think if you are drawing them in an exam they will need to be drawn as they would be found.

there is no centre pin.

Also, not all 3 phase sockets have (or need) a neutral. These are only 4 pin.
