TNCS or TNS

Hi all need a little help please. Ime doing a board change and not sure on what system it is. There is an earth strap accross the incomers into the MET wich would make me think that its TNS. Any thoughts i do realize that there are similiar posts but just want to make sure.

Does that earth strap just go the MET then to the CU or is it also connected the the neutral in the head?

It looks like it probably is TNS, or was set up to be but some DNO's have been known to link the sheath and neutral and convert it to TN-C-S for various reasons.

tns, best guess dont listen to me though i am usually wrong on all counts

Havent tested Ze but going back to check on some other work he wants done. Its just connected to the met and not the neutral
