Thing is, even if you have TN-C, then I'll bet you that it's not TN-C all the way to the sub, almost all DNO works in the last 20 years have been TN-C-S cabling.

Yep, i even asked them about this once. They told me that it is all CNE cable now, and that, in fact, they did not even have any of the "proper" stuff with a separate neutral in their yard..

They also told me that the old PILC cable is far better than the modern rubbish and that they have far more problems with the modern stuff than they ever did with the PILCSWA.
