I can confidently say that no-one will have installed a 2.5 Billion Volt transformer!

I've installed an 11KV - 415v transformer at the old Round Oak Steel Works in the Black Country . First time I worked on 11000 v , I remember the connection chamber had to be imaculately clean on the HV side before being filled with sealing compound. My boss at the time picked me up on a tiny thread of lint from the cloth ,left in there , voltages that high will track along it .
