Uploading images from pc

Hi

How can I upload a image / picture from my pc to post in a thread , tried copy n paste nothing , tried drag n drop nothing , I am at a loss , all I can see is , insert image from a URL !! .

There is an automated 10 post rule, which means you have to have posted 10 posts before it allows attachments, it is to stop spamming.  It can be overridden by admin once they realise you are not a spammer.

Hopefully one will be along shortly to sort you out.
