Two years since the Utøya attacks and Oslo bombings.

My thoughts today are with the victims, the survivors and families and friends of the 77 people that were killed.

And all for what ?     A lunatic who had been affected by watching violent computer games.

Time goes fast, too fast. After it happened my sister rang me (she lives in Norway, about an hours drive from Oslo) just to tell me she was ok in case I was worried and I remember wondering what the hell she was on about as I hadn't watched the news

Norway is such a small country that it affected everyone. Almost everyone know or know of somebody who was killed that day.

My sister's boyfriend's boss lost his teenage daughter who was at Utøya that day.

Just did a rough calculation. If the same percentage of

Britain's population had been killed that would have been 973 people. Scary thought.
