Got a customer with an aged dimplex panel heater in their wet room - they want to replace it and I'm very reluctant to agree for a like for like replacement.

Any thoughts from the collective?

i doubt there would be enough output .............
I've installed a 1800x500 mm dark grey towel rad with 400watt element as the only source of heating in a bathroom approx 3x3 metres.
I used an underfloor heating 3kw room stat programmer, and the element had a temperature control to limit the touch temperature.
It's done 2 winters now and I've heard no complaints.

There are some advertised by Mylek, for use outside zone 2. I don't know how zones are defined in a wetroom.
Only part of a wet room floor is sloping, formed with a former, to drain the shower. It is usually obvious if tiles where that part is. THAT is the "shower" regardless of whether it has any form of enclosure or not. Then apply the regs normally.
