I ran the video a few times pausing to see if the details needed were marked on the sleeve but without luck. I knew my Kaizen training would kick in one day;

Excellent promotion though CK it's possibly got everyone running the video umpteen times? I won't participate because I find very little is actually for free and in such instances my email box rapidly fills once my email address is divulged.

Well the answer isn't in the video but you can find the answer if you use Google.

For stuff like that I always give them a masked email address then if they don't use it responsibly I can delete it.
