can't go wrong with more circuits, more the merrier, it means a simple fault on your ring circuit affects less things and is easier to fault find.Thanks ProDave - hoped it was something like that. Not a problem then.
Binky - thanks for the plinth heater suggestion.
The new ring circuit I'm suggesting could therefore instead feed a plinth heater of similar power to the UFH. So, again going back to the original question / scenario, does that proposed new circuit seem a sensible option? Seems fine to me, but as said before, I may be missing something.
