My father in law owns a massionette which he rents out. I never really get involved with his business etc so havent been there before but he asked me in between tenancy to change the light in the kitchenas it wasn't working. when I got there noticed there was no cpc to lighting but every fiting in the place was class 1. so out of curiosity had a 10 minute look round. OMG and had a spare 10 mins so turned the electrics off & told him not to turn them back on untill I can get back there and do a full pir. He told me he had never had a pir done as he didn't think he had to. bad day explode
