HI all got my 2391 soon i am doing sum past papers one question i have come across is if any value of zs may be suspect indicateing why and give a possible reason. I have it a brick wall with this one my mind as just gone blank could any body help please

no. bonding is nothing to do with Zs. it may create a parallel path, and give a lower Zs, but you shouldnt be relying on that to give you your lower Zs.

in some cases, a second earth may be run alongside conductor to give a lower R2 value, and therefore lower Zs
