Fair comment about the impartial thing.  Problem is a lot are doing this.  The last big ET&I I tendered for I lost by £500.  The company that did it ended up with £50k+ worth of remedial works.   The next stage is due for tender now so I am going very, very keen.  I know this is an extreme...

I am just glad I am not in the domestic market.  But if we were to be asked it would be a days work so about £300.  If there was going to be a very high chance of remedial works and they were going to be earners then go keen in at £150-£200.

For me it is either 'The right thing to do' which is what every politician says about anything or 'So-called' which the media put in front of everything nowadays.

Any graph on the net shows a tiny increase in the amount of rainfall in the UK on what is a massively fluctuating chart.  It also shows that we are on a down ward trend currently. No doubt in about 10 years we will have hose pipe bans again like we did 10 years ago and then the droughts will be...

The Met office state that since 2010 average rainfall has been on the decrease. Altough compared to about 100 years ago it is up about 2%.  Global warming is a tax con.
