when show is turned on volt drop to 120V as soon as its off the goes to 230v 

run is max 20m in 25mm SWA. then goes into the salon board. the salon is about 4m x 6m so very small. must be a loose connection

yes for a landlord.  i know it depends on stud walls ect n things like that.  but what are your general thoughts on upgrading the cu  age of installation 15th edition  even if it required a RCD for stud walls ect surly a C2 ?
