    Well done remember doing mine back in feb 2006 at north Trafford college it was a very stressful three days but I passed all parts first time. Never had SY control flex when I did it, we did 4l2.5 pyro to a 3 phase socket outlet.

    I have a Fluke 1653b too a little while to get to grips with as I was used to separate instruments but now i have no problems. I have used the megger 1552 and liked it I'm not much keen on the metrel mft I used a few years back.

    Don't forget a few cards of fuse wire and a selection of bs1361 cartridge fuses for domestic consumer unit. I've been caught short by not having them on the van a few times.

    ASLEC association of street lighting electrical contractors I have a card it's basically the same as a JIB card. We have to have certain qualifications and complete an NVQ folder before getting a card.

    And I haven't even mention the quality install in the greenhouse twin and earth lashed to the metal frame though there was an IP55 rated socket but no gland in the 20mm cable entry.
