personally id recommend buying tv's from john lewis or m&s 5yr warranty,customer service second to none and they dont question any fault or reason for return,cost slightly more than you can get in an electrical store but worth it if you add the cost of a 5yr warranty to any tv bought from...

id price as per eml contracts,4 visits per year with 1 being a 3hr test,bear in mind on the 3 hr tests most firms dont expect their spark to sit around for 3 hrs,its in test and off to do other jobs then back to check,i know jobs with 30-40 eml's maintenance contracts being around
