    Solar PV supply

16/17A at 90 meters would bring you in at around 7V volt drop with 10mm swa.

    Solar PV supply

Shouldn't happen but does. If the grid voltage at the house was near the same voltage as the TX output (depending on how close they are to the TX of course) and an undersized PV circuit over a span of 90 meters its defiantly achievable.

    Solar PV supply

More to do with nuisance tripping of the inverter due to over voltage depending on the OP's supply voltage of course.

    Solar PV supply

Working from memory, 25mm will give you around the recommended 1% maximum volt drop mark.

TNS and TNC-S In same building

If you linked both earthing  arrangements together then I cant see a problem.. I would then class it as TNC-S and the metallic sheath of the incoming TNS cable as an extraneous conductive part that requires bonding :Salute

I regularly use click mode for this  reason. on a few  jobs  recently been using hager sollysta and impressed with it. I especially like the switches as have a neutral terminal and you can also change the modules over if necessary.

A waste of time and annoyed!

I think you've got some good advice above Phil. I would create your own website, nothing flashy and shouldn't cost you very much at all. List your details on all the free websites like free index, google, 192.com and so on. Get some leaflets knocked up and post them around new housing estates...

boiler system with no loft tanks

Do you have know if your daughters is a Y or S plan? If its a Y-plan you would also have to install a two port valve when installing the Unvented cylinder and regardless of what plan she has you would also have to install a high limit thermostat in series with the hot water temperature control...

Newly self-employed, need help pricing a job :)

That list of material doesn't look very exhaustive for a full refit. What about things like klick roses, DB, tails, bonding, emergency packs for some of the 600x600 fittings, key switches, grid switches and so on. You need work out the materials down to the last screw and then price per point...
