EICR classification for no smokes or co2 detection

You can make a comment regarding the lack of fire detection but you cannot code it. However if detection is installed and is expired or blatantly installed incorrectly, out of date alarms or other obvious issues then you could give it a FI citing 560.10 FIRE DETECTION AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS...

Iam not a electrician I just need fast help

Turn the socket circuit off at your main fuse board leave the socket alone and call a local electrician out first thing in the morning, failing that bite the bullet and call someone out tonight obviously be aware that'll be pricey but much less so than a fire.

Common and usual scenario for sites with other trades fiddling about after you have second fixed. Might be worth looking at Yoozybox/Plasterguard/Beadmaster to prevent it on sites like that in future, requires and extra step to come and remove them and screw back but hey no backboxes full of...

    Professional Electrician Survey Competition

Depends if its technical advise is relating to, our wholesalers are exceptionally knowledgeable on the products they are selling and would always be first point of contact and if they don't know queries passed to the local rep or manufacturer technical.

    Mandatory testing of rental properties.

They wont/shouldnt have their logo on. You certainly cant buy elecsa branded forms from the Certsure store only NIC AC and ECA for EICR forms.

    Mandatory testing of rental properties.

http://www.elecsa.co.uk/Householders/FAQs/test-FAQ-1.aspx You can do them but you are not assessed by your scheme to carry them out and should not use their logo on any forms related to it.

    Mandatory testing of rental properties.

From what NAPIT are saying if your already assessed to carry out EICRs you will carry on as normal, people who aren't such as NIC Domestic installer/Elecsa will either have to go Approved contractor or join another scheme. Alot of disinformation being spread around lately just like the rumours...
