Is this possibly caused by poor earthing?

According to that report you have a 10mm main earth - out of date size wise, but still a main earth. Unfortunately the information for the earthing and supply arrangements has not been completed, a major piece of information missing.

    EV Charger Questions

Show me anything that means it's illegal to use spare space. The deal with DNO in my area is that one side of the meter cabinet is for their gear, the other side is for customer gear. In fact if they supplied the cabinet, the back board was marked up to that effect.

I desperately need help! Old fuseboard replaced by an electrician but it keeps tripping and he won't respond!

Under doorstep selling legislation, the onus is on the contractor to provide a written contract and offer a 10 day cooling off period. From memory this applies to any job over £75. Failure to comply means the customer has the right to claim back any monies paid for an unlimited time period...

New storage heaters, off peak supply

Off peak can usually be achieved via the meter these days, rather than separate off peak unit. Got to be worth considering heat pumps as these offer 3 to 1 efficiency, and sometimes more,so much reduced bills. Most storage heaters have some form of secondary fan heater, but require a second...

Completing test sheets on circuits. With rcd protection and and rcd socket outlet

That would be wrong as the 30mA is at the socket and not for the circuit.

    12v LED van lights

Is the switch shared with other lights? Sounds like you have a permanent supply via another circuit, hence they work with fuse out.

    DIY Powerwall

Have a search in the PV section for John's posts, there's a fairly detailed run down if how he built his battery.

    Minor electrical certificate

Ok so you've got all the right gear, practice using it around your house.

    Minor electrical certificate

Have you got suitable test gear? If replacing like for like, I would argue issuing MWC is not really needed albeit it's good practice to do so.

Will Smart meter show export electricity from excess solar panel electricity

Not sure about smart netersxas I haven't got one, but you can get various monitors for the solar that will show what you want.

    Favourite job?

Solar, one new circuit to worry about, plus customer 'wants' solar. People don't want electrics, they want a working TV.
