So I aquired an Eaton MEM 6A RCBO (not cheap!) from a local Newey+Eyre which fitted perfectly into the CU, wired up all the JBs, isolator, fan and lights. Just need to finish wiring the switches and give it a test. Getting it checked on Fri. BCO at the same time probably. Thanks for the help...

Can you just mount one motion detector (with timer) that looks through the gates at the drive area, therefore triggered either by the movement of the gates or the movement in the drive area?
