6 months ago i got a call from my mate a plasterer. 'Can you come and remove some exterior lights, i am trying to render a house' I removed them and then ended up rewiring them. Invoiced the customer , got paid, was told they would contact me to fit new ones. Last Thursday i got an email...

    Third Party certifying ?

there should be a method to sign off others work, for example....... -if the job was almost completed and then the electrician died , was injured and unable to complete/test for the certificate. -a disagreement between the electrician and customer. -the electrical firm went bankrupt. If one...

    We Buy Any...Feed in tariff?

looks like a great scam that could leave the home owner stuck in a contract which would make selling the house a nightmare. I have noticed recently property up for sale cheap (30-50% off). Sold only to old folk, is a lifetime lease then it goes back to the rip off owner.

do i dare mention how many people die each year from, Alchohol, road traffic, pollution, poor diet, lack of affordable heating, child abuse..... No one mention other terrorists like Martin Mcguinness, Nelson Mandela and the best muslim terrorist who averaged a bomb every 20 mins for 8 years...

Yeah been with them 20 years, moved to them for my 2nd years insurance when i was 18.  They are good and not having to redo details each year is nice.  http://www.maynardmilton.co.uk I think being able to walk in somewhere local and talk to someone is worth a lot. My parents moved down here...

Building An Electric Kiln For Pottery

I supplied power for one in a fancy shed. They had a kiln specialist come over and connect the Kiln controller and kiln. I did ask, i might have remembered this wrong. The kiln controller heats it gradually over a set time time as going straight to full power would affect the medium.

Mr Bull is believed to have plugged his charger into an extension cord from the hallway and rested it on his chest while using the phone, the Sun reports. He suffered severe burns on his chest, arm and hand when the charger touched the water and died on 11 December, the newspaper said.

Weird and very annoying wifi problem

I had issues with my macbook not allowing me to connect to the 2.4 GHz only the 5 GHz. It used to be ok with either, then one day it changed (after an update i think) I had to set the 5GHz network as my preferred one and now its ok. It still wont let me connect to the 2.4GHz network.

    Please help save Scotland.

My misses is a sweaty...... The impression i get, is that the Sweaty's think they contribute so much they would be better off alone. Some think if they was independent they would all be walking around in top hats smoking cigars and driving a Roller thanks to there masses of oil, rather like a...

Not wanting to start telling us what to charge now are they?

I think it is a good idea to get a gauge of prices throuout the country. Although i think the questions should have been better for comparing prices,  for example, Are you a sole trader or company? Price for domestic and commercial for the following           Replacement consumer unit with...

    Prediction time

I did some work for an old boy who used to be a big wig in the city. This is what he puts alot of it down to..... When interest rates were 10%+ , he bought a house and 10 years later it was still worth the same. Tony (the liar) Blair got our interest rates down to 5% so he could try and get us...

Is this what we need to expect from President Trump?

I think there is a witch hunt with Trump. I dont think he is amazing, but i think he is treated unfairly. If the media made fun of Obama's curly hair everone would go mad about it, yet it is ok to ridicule trumps hair. Obama had very similar policys to Trump yet no one said much about it...
