Do you mean wireless switching? I should've mentioned the switch nearest CU is inside a building with a metre thick wall and 2nd switch is outside and needs to be a key switch. Apologies!

Ironically, the "inspector" didn't secure the front cover properly and left a gap all along the top edge 🤣🤣 Locked to prevent being resurrected

Finally got in to attend to this today. Only damage the CU was one hinge snapped off. Flap would actually stay securely closed via the one good hinge and the top catch! No real danger here at all. Changed front cover for new one from eBay and remedied other C2s.  Thanks everyone!

Without doubt and simple to remedy.... I think its probably more pragmatic/cheaper to undertake and document remedials and append to original EICR, rather than shell out for another EICR and all the BS that will probably produce.....
