Shortest cable run?

I'm trying to work out the shortest cable run for the attached driveway lighting (excuse the ropey sketch!)

Lights are the green stars and as shown this needs 2 way switching. The distance between CU and 1st 2 way switch is negligible.

The shortest way I can think is
(1) 3 core (LNE) feed to 1st switch
(2) 4 core (2 x strappers, N, E) between switches (conduit method)
(3) 1 x 3 core from 2nd switch to remote light 50M away
(4) 1 x 3 core from 2nd switch back through all other lights

Giving longest run of approx 150M (2) + (4)

Or am I missing something?

why not use remote switching, no need for strappers, just one 3 core 125m long

Do you mean wireless switching?

I should've mentioned the switch nearest CU is inside a building with a metre thick wall and 2nd switch is outside and needs to be a key switch.

like a garage door opener
just use more remote controls instead of key switches
