just an update, changed the two 3kw heaters onto different 20a type b mcb`s , everything ok when tested, and working, call today, back to tripping, then informed, "they have been doing that for 1 1/2 years..... super.. how do you post the smily things at the side, i`m pull my hair out..

going to try type 3, all mcbs are bill type b`s at the minute, possibly fitted 15 years ago, not a make i have fitted before, the same as mem i think, thanks for the answers i`ll let you know how i get on later.

only 1 heater on each mcb, i can`t find a pic anywhere but almost positive 3kw,

3kw per heater, i think, nearly sure, they are all on separate 2.5 radials, 3 are fitted with pirs, 1 of those is ok , just 2 others tripping the mcb when coming on, then someone switches the mcb on its ok.

hi everyone, first post, i don`t think you have a major problem, just a strapper mixed up, i take it the switch with only the 3core and e is working ok, if you can sort out your feed (prob the red) and check the other switch plate at the end of the 3coreand e, hope this helps
