As we can't name names , I'd like to say that I enjoyed working with a Centre Manager and a Regional Manager from t' North . At the very least they never sat back on their laurels , which is what happened with BDC for the last couple of years . As I previously said , I would wish everyone well...

Got to be honest , I wouldn't work for them again . They drove out the Managers who had a bit of go in them . We lost a couple of good guys here in t'North because of internal politics .

Well said exbdc . Would be nice to think that things might change , but I fear you are right . The Company lost some very good Management round my area (t'North ) just because they had always done business that way and weren't about to change . Looks like they were wrong .
