Bonding to gas and water block of flats

As much as I agree with how ADS is interpreting the regs, I think the regs implies in 132.16 that an existing installation starts at the distributors equipment. BUT it's all up for interpretation... However... If an installation starts at the Distributors equipment, then Gas and Water bonding...

It went back to the MET next to the supply, along with the earths of the other flats. This MET was disconnected from the earth spike.

Bonding to gas and water block of flats

I asked that exact question once.. It didn't go anywhere... It was cut off from the earth spike when the house was renovated 10 yrs previous.. The readings I was getting was the other flat's water and gas connections..

Bonding to gas and water block of flats

Bonding to gas and water block of flats

Ze? With muli flats bonding incoming supplies.. Does that mean your gonna need to knock on all doors to disconnect everyone's bonding to get a Ze?

Might be worth meeting with A N Other sparks at workshop for hand over prior to holiday to mitigate spray in face. Tell builder that's what you want otherwise no comeback.

What's wrong with running them under or in the floor? Then up to the board clipped? Nought wrong with a bit of grinding or chasing to cheer up the builder!! http://www.cavitytrays.co.uk/associated-items/view/5/111/1/type-i-in-screed-services-duct

Advice wanted re new boiler and shower please

So after all that.. Get your boiler sorted first, then look at the options of either an electric shower fed off cold feed only, or shower valve fed from hot and cold supply (preferably thermostatic valve). If you pay out for a pump now, could be a complete waste of money when boiler upgraded to...
