As I understand it, a bathroom mirror light should come on a couple of ways.1 when the bath room light is on can be then turned off by activating mirror sensor. 2 when bath room light is off it can be activated by sensor again. Is there any configuration I have missed ? If this is correct...

I haven't been into the property yet but it looks to me like they have converted an integral garage into a granny annex and I think a bedroom is above that.

Funny you say that, they are an older couple and the would prefer not to have led. It's in a hall way and has accommodation above it so I thought fire rated.
