    Delta High leg?

    Hi,  At work today I was in a 3ph+N panel which is fed from a 250kva transformer. I was getting 210V Between All Phases, 110V from R & S > N, 185V from T > N. Is this some form of delta high leg system? the equipment and transformer originally were designed and built outside the UK.
