I have a set of three small offices that are going to be converted into flats. They currently are each fed from a separate phase of an incoming three phase supply. Each flat is wired for 45A. I need to up this to 100A per flat (the maximum that can be supplied). What core size do I need from the three phase supply to the consumer units for each flat and what size earth? The total distance from supply to consumer unit is around 15m and the cables will mostly be clipped direct to brick but with about 3m where it will be clipped to brick but closed in with plasterboard.

Additionally, as each flat has a single phase, what colour should the insulation be, brown/blue for single phase or  brown/black/grey/blue for three phase?

what sort of cable are you going to use for the submain?

what OCPD are you going to use?

what is the earthing system?

where are the incoming services? ie, gas and water
